By creating an account or using aspireflw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To use aspireflw, you must be at least 16 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use aspireflw only for its intended career management and job search purposes. You must not:

  • Scrape, resell, copy, or abuse the job search aggregation or contact discovery features.
  • Impersonate any individual or entity in outreach messages that the app helps draft or send.
  • Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited emails, or messages that violate local laws.
  • Attempt to breach, disable, or interfere with the security or performance of our platform.

4. Service Disclaimers and Limitations

aspireflw is provided as a career productivity tool. Please read the following disclaimers carefully:

  • No Guarantees: All job matching scores, ATS scoring, and AI-generated suggestions, including tailored resumes, cover letters, and outreach messages, are provided as helpful guides "as is" for informational purposes. They do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific employment outcome.
  • User Review Required: You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all CVs, emails, cover letters, and outreach messages before sending them to recruiters, companies, or other third parties.
  • Third Party Integrations: aspireflw integrates with third party services, including Google OAuth, Google Gemini API, LinkedIn OAuth, Gmail API, and Apollo.io. Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' own terms of service. We are not liable for any issues arising from third party tools.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all resumes, CVs, cover letters, and other job search materials you upload or write on aspireflw. You grant aspireflw a limited license to host and process your content to deliver the service.
  • Our Platform: aspireflw and its design, logo, branding, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of the Healynx team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or software without permission.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to aspireflw if you violate these Terms of Service or if we discontinue our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aspireflw and the Healynx team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to use our platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of aspireflw after an update indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
